Cocum Chutney...

Ingredients: 
  • 1 muthi cocum
  • 1/2 serving spoon coconut
  • 1/2 inch ginger
  • Half bunch of pudhina
  • Little bit of emli
  • 2 green chillies
  • 1-1/2 tspn salt
  • 1/2 tblspn moong ki daal
  • 1 tspn rai
  • 7-8 neem ka pata


Method:
  1.  Put, 1 muthi cocum, 1/2 serving spoon coconut, 1/2 inch ginger, half bunch of pudhina, little bit of emli, 2 green chillies, and 1-1/2 tspn salt in the grinder to grinde it properly.
  2. Then take a kadai put 1/2 tspn oil, 1/2 tblspn moong ki daal, 1 tspn rai and 7-8 neem k pate  ka chawk lagana hai in the chutney.
  3. Take out the chutney and serve it with edli and dosa.
