Narayal Ki Chutney

Ingredients:
  • 2 serving spoon narayal powder
  • 1/2 cup chile hue chane
  • 1 green chillies
  • 1/2 inch ginger
  • 1/2 tspn salt
  • 1-1/2 serving spoon curd
  • 1-1/2 tblspn moon ki daal
  • 1/2 tspn rai
  • 7-8 neem k pate

Cocum Chutney...

Ingredients: 
  • 1 muthi cocum
  • 1/2 serving spoon coconut
  • 1/2 inch ginger
  • Half bunch of pudhina
  • Little bit of emli
  • 2 green chillies
  • 1-1/2 tspn salt
  • 1/2 tblspn moong ki daal
  • 1 tspn rai
  • 7-8 neem ka pata

Chicken Hakka Noodles

Ingredients:
  • 2 cup hakka noodles
  • 2 tspn garlic
  • 1/2 kg chicken pieces
  • 3 red chillies
  • 1 small bunch of spring onions
  • 1 capsicum
  • 1 tblspn soya sauce
  • 1 ginger piece
  • 1 carrot
  • 1/2 tspn vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tblspn oil 
  • Salt to taste     

Idli

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup udat daal
  • 2 cup sela rice
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tspn eno

Pav Bhaji

Ingredients:
  • Poato medium sized-4
  • Cabbage chopped- 1 cup
  • Cauli flower- 1 cup
  • Green Peas- 1/2 cup
  • Onions finely chopped-2

Paneer Tikka

Ingredients:

  • Paneer 200 gms
  • Mint leaves 1 bunch
  • Coriander leaves 1 bunch
  • Green chillies 2
  • Garlic cloves 2
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tspn
  • Yogurt 2 tblspn
  • Gram flour 1 tblspn
  • Chat masala 1 tspn
  • Garam masala 1 tspn
  • Lemon juice 1 tspn
  • Salt to taste

Gobi ka Paratha




Ingredients:
  • 2 small gobi
  • 3 green chillies, chopped
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 tspn cumin seeds
  • 1 tspn ginger paste
  • 1 tspn dhania powder
  • Chopped coriander leaves
  • Salt to taste


Besan k Ladoo

Ingredients:
    
  • 2 cups gram flour
  • Almonds, Pista, Cashew nuts( chopped) 1 tspn each
  • 1 cup ghee
  • 1-1/2cup sugar grinded

  • 1/4 cup mawa
  • 3 cup milk
  • 1-1/2 cup sugar

Aloo Ka Samosa

Ingredients:

  • 3 amchur
  • 1 cup maida
  • Pinch of baking powder
  • Little bit of ajwain
  • 1/2 tspn salt

Lauki Barfi

Ingredients:
  • 800gm loki
  • 400gm sugar
  • 200gm mawa
  • Pinch of cardamom

Ingredients:
  • Mutton 600gms
  • Dried hot red chillies: 15-20pcs
  • Salt as per taste
  • Mustard oil 2-1/2tblspn 
  • Water
  • A heavy bottomed pot/ or a kadai

Arrabbiata Sauce

Ingredients:
  • 2(28 ounce) cans diced tomatoes
  • 2 tblspn olive oil
  • 1 tspn crushed red pepper flakes
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/3 cup chopped fresh basil
  • 1/2 tspn salt and pepper to taste

Coconut Barfi

Ingredients:
  • 200gm Mawa
  • 4 serving spoon coconut
  • 1-1/2 serving spoon sugar
  • 1/2 tspn kesar assence
  • Pinch of keasr color
  • Pinch of cardamom powder
